Our Return Policy in short

• Contact Northern Hooligans™ Gear Co. and get confirmation before returning any items.

• You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.

• The product must be in new condition and in it's original undamaged packaging.

• To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS’.

• Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us.

• If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

Return Policy

Please contact Northern Hooligans™ Gear Co. and get confirmation before returning any items.

When receiving a package it is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that it is accurate and error free. If you have any complaint, the customer contacts Northern Hooligans™ Gear Co. and gives information relevant to / and the reason for complaint.

Return Conditions

You can return a product within 14 days of delivery. Please contact Northern Hooligans™ Gear Co. and get a approved return confirmation before returning any item. The product must be in NEW condition. If the product is used even slightly, are missing hangtags and can not be considered to be in NEW condition the product will not be refunded. Shipping cost will only be refunded if there is a defect in the delivery. Make sure to include contact information with the approved return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Northern Hooligans™ Gear Co. suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Northern Hooligans™ Gear Co. is NOT responsible for any returns until it has been received and signed for at our warehouse.

Northern Hooligans™ Gear Co. will make a refund of eligible returns. All refunds will be handled threw the original payment system and can only be maid back to the original payment source.

Returning A Package

All return shipping costs are for the customer to pay. If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Northern Hooligans™ Gear Co. is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this with the shipper / point of delivery service before you sign for the product and have the shipper / point of delivery service confirm in writing. Please also report any shipping issues / damages directly to Northern Hooligans™ Gear Co. and please specify the Order Number.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not claimed at your post office / place of delivery within 14 days, Northern Hooligans™ eserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
